Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, Josiah plays a vital role in planning, organizing, directing, and managing the logistics activities of his department. He expertly handles various administrative functions and responds to issues and concerns from Engineering, Assembly, Customer Service, Management, Sales, and Shipping departments.

With over 5 years of building and cultivating teams he has learned that dignity, respect and open communication is paramount to building strong cohesive teams and growing a people-centric culture. Accountable and responsible, Josiah sets the tone for successful production rates by thoroughly addressing all issues that may arise.

His leadership and training skills are central to his commitment to providing the highest level of service and value to customers. Josiah earned two A.S. degrees from Clackamas Community College.
