Our Haas CNC 4-axis milling machine can grind to those special shapes and sizes for your custom requirements. We offer a full-service machine shop for quick turn prototyping and can scale up quickly from small to large production runs.

Allstar Magnetics can provide custom gapping and grinding to your required AL value, or to certain inductance using customer supplied test coils. We custom match air gaps or AL-value of your ferrite or toroidal core.
