Covid-19 Message to our Clients & Community

Over the past 3-4 months we have seen more change than was the case in the past 10+ years. The effects of Covid in China has widely impacted supply chains and material fulfillment, though we at Allstar are continuing to stay as far ahead of the curve as possible by focusing on the strategic needs of our customers.

In the near term this includes responding to unique scenarios, identifying gaps and what is needed to fill, maintaining consistent communication, and planning for changes in our partner’s business needs. Over a longer range, we are coordinating with our supplier partners to position for need, stay at the front for production and fulfillment, and purchase materials before run-ups in cost occur. Our team is proactively trying to understand what changes to labor, shipping, and material costs will occur so that this can enable our customers to make the most informed decisions possible.

We have heard from so many of you and appreciate the efforts each of you continue to make in striving to help your customers and your country through this unprecedented time. Lean on us as we all continue to manage through.
